Position Overview

Baby2Baby is seeking a hard-working, mission-driven intern to join our fast-paced office starting this Summer 2024 for 8 weeks for 8-12 hours/week. With a program focus, this intern will have the opportunity to learn from the Baby2Baby team about the day-to-day operations of a non-profit organization. Reporting to the Manager of LA Program, the Intern(s) will gain experience assisting the Baby2Baby team with the Program Team’s operations.

This individual will spend their internship hours in person at Baby2Baby’s offices (5830 W. Jefferson Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90016). This is evolving and subject to change.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learns how to enter data for organizations.
  • Learns about LA Program Partners and potential partners.
  • Shadows event preparation and other specialty programming.
  • Completes special projects as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in progress.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) and the Google Apps suite.
